The right company
Ensure
that friends to come abroad with you are independent and tell them
about all the difficulties and requirements of your trip, so you
won’t feel responsible to them. Inability to speak a foreign
language and insecurity felt by many when in an unknown place can
literally shake the air of your holidays. Of course, four people for
example, can better share the costs of renting a car or a furnished
apartment with kitchen, but you'd better check the 'risk' of such a
decision.

Preparing for a journey
Most travelers agree that one of the greatest joys of traveling lies in
preparation. The most important part is the proper schedule. So, you
should start by buying a good travel guide. After you select
destination, select the regions to stay overnight and how many days
you think you need to spend there. That is how you will create a
spine-schedule that you can re-form after your mood. Something that
is very helpful is reading travel literature referring to the place
you are about to visit and gives you the possibility of getting
familiar with the culture of the country. You can also find
countless information on the Internet that will help you better
organize your trip. Also, a conversation with friends who travel a
lot is always constructive, as well as the Greek travel magazines,
where most articles provide valuable information.

Market
Greece is now very up-to-date market, so do not proceed to unnecessary
and useless shopping for items which are also available here. but
this doesn't change the fact that it is a great feeling to wear
something bought from a trip or an ornamental to remind you of
beautiful moments in a bazaar. Here we should mention that most
airlines permit only 20 kilos of luggage per person, and always
charge the overweight when you return for (approximately) 12 Euros
per kilo, regardless if you were overweight at your depart. Remember
also to have your purchase receipt to show it to any customs control
in our country (it is tax free up to 150 Euros for non-Schengen
countries).
